Nihongo

日本語 9/10 (Grades 9/10)
The purpose of this class is to master basic skills for Japanese Language. In this class the students will read various written material, write many compositions and study basic Japanese language expressions through repetition of Chinese compositions, expressions through repetition of Chinese Characters, proverbs, etc. The Kokugo Nihongo Department will decide whether or not it is necessary for a student to take Nihongo. Only those students may take this class.
「日本語」のクラスは日本語の基礎的な力を身につけることを最大の目的とします。授業では、いろいろな種類の文章を読み、たくさんの作文を書き、漢字やことわざなど基本的な日本語表現をくりかえし勉強します。このクラスをとるかとらないか（履修するかどうか）は、国語日本語科が決定します。指定された生徒のみ、レベル別に授業をとることになります。

日本語 11 (Grade 11)
This class is for students who took “Nihongo” in the 10th grade, but who think they should further increase their Japanese language skills. The class will improve students’ Japanese language ability through repeated training in fundamentals. The Nihongo Department will decide whether or not it is necessary for a student to take Nihongo. Only those students may take this class.
この授業は、１０年生の時に「日本語」を履修していた人で、日本語力をさらに伸ばしたいと思っている人を対象とします。基礎的なトレーニングをくりかえし行いながら、日本語力の向上をめざします。このクラスをとるかとらないか（履修するかどうか）は、日本語科が決定します。指定された生徒のみ、授業をとることになります。
