STEP 1:Online Registration
Complete online registration and obtain registration number.

(The form is activated on 1/11/2013)
Please Note: On-line form cannot be completed using iPad or iPhone(iPod Touch). If you have already submitted the online registration form via iPad or iPhone, please contact keiosummer@keio.edu.
STEP 2: Submit Supplemental Application Materials
After successful completion of online registration, please download forms for supplemental application materials, and submit them to the address below.
(1) Application Essay (PDF)
(2) Letter of Recommendation (PDF)
(3) Financial Aid Application (PDF)

STEP 3: Announcement of Application Result
The result of application review and the amount of scholarship will be announced by e-mail.
For applications completed by Friday, March 15, 2013, the result will be announced by Monday April 8, 2013. For applications completed by Friday, April 26, the result will be announced by Friday, May 17.
(In case we receive large number of applications, we may close the application process before the announced deadline.)
STEP 4: Submit Supplemental Documents
(Please do not proceed with this section until your participation is confirmed.)
By this stage, the following items must be submitted.
Deadline Monday, May 20, 2013
1) Participation Agreement Release Form (PDF)
3)A copy of passport for non-US citizen/A copy of picture ID for US citizen
4) Participation Fee* Payment Deadline Monday, May 20, 2013 →Please follow the payment instruction sent by e-mail.
5) Authorization for Participant Personal Transportation Form (PDF) (if the participant is traveling without his/her legal guardian)

STEP 5: Application Completed!
* Cancellation Policy
Once your participation is accepted, the following cancellation policy will apply.
Summer Program Office needs to be notified in writing by:
May 30 (Thu) for 70% refund of program participation fee
June 28 (Fri) for 40% refund of program participation fee
July 12 (Fri) for 20% refund of program participation fee
After July 12 (Fri), program participation fee will not be refunded.
