Library & Online Resources
Overlooking the campus from the third floor of the main school building, the Library offers a beautiful space in which to study. The Library is open during Study Hours and on weekends.
Our library holds over 40,000 books, eBooks and online resources (available in English, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, Korean and French), over eighty magazine titles and newspapers (available in both English and Japanese), informational materials about Keio University and other universities, archives about Yukichi Fukuzawa, the Founder of Keio, and also many audio-visual materials. Books and other materials about Japan in English can be checked out and shared with anyone at the Academy or our neighboring schools and communities in order to promote better understanding of Japanese culture, politics, economy, and history.
Also available to support students’ research are fourteen computers and three printers as well as a mini movie studio with a TV and DVD players with HD, Blue-ray, and 3D capacity.
